Refund information of purchased tickets for cancelled masses

Due to the decree of the Austrian government banning all indoor events with more than 100 participants, we have cancelled all Sunday masses until June 30, 2020 without replacement. Tickets for these dates that have already been purchased will of course be refunded:

  • Visitors who have paid for their tickets at the ticket office at Hofmusikkapelle or at the Bundestheaterkassen, please contact us by e-mail and tell us your bank details: office@hofmusikkapelle.gv.at. We will then send you the money back to the specified bank details.
  • Tickets that have been booked per e-mail through the office of the Wiener Hofmusikkapelle (in correspondence with office@hofmusikkapelle.gv.at) will be booked back manually by our office. In this case you will receive a notification from us. If in doubt, contact us at office@hofmusikkapelle.gv.at.
  • Tickets paid for via the Culturall homepage (www.culturall.com/ticket/hmk) using one of the following payment methods will be automatically refunded using the same payment method: American Express, cash via ticket office, Culturall customer account, Diners Club, voucher, EPS, JCB, credit card, Master Card, bank transfer, Union Pay, Visa, subscription voucher
