‘Arnotto’ is a captivating fusion of two names, two accordions and two musical universes. The music is created spontaneously and inspiringly, for the first time in this line-up at the 27th International Accordion Festival in the unique Imperial Court Chapel: one space – one sound – a sound cosmos of its own.
The interplay between the accordionists unfolds in the moment – not every moment is fleeting – many can be prolonged and deepened. Here, a valuable, very special exchange takes place between two experienced musicians who rarely meet, but who come together again and again to search for something extraordinary beyond action and reaction.
